I had to come back here, one last time...
It's crazy to me that I never actually made a Newgrounds account until now, I used to play so many games here as a kid, but I never really messed with the site other than for playing games.
I don't know if you'll get to read this, but I hope you will since it seems you're reading what others have written here recently too. I just wanted to say, thank you.
I think it speaks volumes when after so many years, this game still sticks out in my mind as such an special experience, sure, it's short and could use some polishing here and there, but I honestly don't even care about that, I love this game so much, and it means so much to me that I had to come play it one last time before Flash dies.
So once again, I just want to say thank you, this short little game really means a lot to me and it seems that it means a lot to other people as well, I'm glad about that.
I've been following Flashpoint, and I have to say, I'm really happy that so many of these games are going to be preserved with it, however, it really made me sad when I tried to find Wooper's Adventure on the game list Flashpoint offers, and as far as I can tell, it seems like it's nowhere to be found...
Because of that, I just wanted to say that I hope you still keep this game, and it would make me so happy if you could allow others to download it as well, I would love to preserve this little memory that reminds me so much of my time growing up as a kid playing your game and many others like it.
I don't want to make this any longer that it already is, but I just wanted to add that after reading some of your replies to other people, I'm surprised to hear that you made this game as a kid, that makes it even more special.
And now that it seems you're pursuing game design as a career, with planning to launch a game on Steam, I want to wish you luck with that, I would love to try whatever it is you're making as well.
Adventure Flash Game Heaven 2
And with all of that said, I think it's fitting to end this off by wishing you and anyone else reading this a happy new year, and thank you for all the memories, if this is really the end and Wooper's Adventure is going to disappear, I'm going to miss it so much, but I'm so glad that I played it when I did. Hearing that music once again gave me chills, I haven't forgotten that tune in all of these years...
